Learning to Walk

I think it might take me a while to figure all this out.
How to…. Do anything, really.
I’m also wondering if we ever stop learning to walk – if every growth process mirrors us as toddlers.
Sharp, jerky movements forward,
followed by big falls flat on our asses.
And vice versa.
Is it the Terrible Twos, or the Terrifying Twenties? The Fluctuating Fifties, or the Cynical Seventies?
I learn something new everyday but I never see it until so many days later.
And it gets easier, and then it gets harder, and new challenges come.
But I keep learning to walk.
Jerking forward, falling backward, getting up and beginning again.
